Return & Refund Policy

At DealBuddy, we strive to offer an exciting and customer-driven shopping experience. Due to the nature of our platform and its unique deal structure, we maintain a strict no return, no refund, and no cancellation policy for all transactions made on our platform.
1. No Returns Policy
All purchases made on DealBuddy are considered final. We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
Final Sale Nature – Since products are acquired through specialized deals and offers, all sales are considered final and non-returnable.
Exclusive & Limited-Time Deals – Products on DealBuddy are offered at significantly reduced prices or through unique deal participation, making it impractical to accept returns.
Yard Sale Purchases – Products purchased from the Yard Sale are sold directly by deal winners and are not eligible for return or refund, as DealBuddy only facilitates the transaction.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the competitive pricing and deal-based structure, DealBuddy does not offer refunds under normal circumstances. This applies to:
Deal Entries – Once a user enters a deal (whether free or premium), the entry is final and non-refundable.
Premium Membership – Payments made for Pay-Per-Go Premium Membership are non-refundable, even if the user does not participate in any deals during the membership period.
Unclaimed Deals & Yard Sale Products – If a user purchases a product through Yard Sale, it is considered a final transaction, and no refunds will be issued.
Referral Earnings & Wallet Transactions – Earnings or rewards credited to the DealBuddy Wallet cannot be withdrawn or refunded unless explicitly stated in the app’s terms.
3. Exceptional Cases
While we maintain a strict no refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. DealBuddy will review and address cases that involve:
Defective or Damaged Products – If a product is received in a damaged or non-working condition, users must report it to our support team within 48 hours of delivery along with photo/video proof.
Misrepresentation or Wrong Product Received – If the product delivered is significantly different from what was advertised, the user may request a review for a possible resolution.
Important Note:
The resolution may include a replacement, repair, or other compensatory action, at DealBuddy’s discretion.
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
4. Cancellation Policy
Deal Entries & Premium Access Cancellations – Once a user enters a free or premium deal, cancellations are not allowed.
Yard Sale Purchases – Transactions made via Yard Sale cannot be canceled after purchase confirmation.
Golden Deal Trading – Once a user purchases deal information, cancellations are not permitted, as the information is instantly accessible.
Premium Membership – Once a Pay-Per-Go Premium Membership plan is activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Users must check membership details before purchasing.
5. Steps to Report an Issue
If you believe your case qualifies for special consideration, please follow these steps:

Product details
Clear images/videos showing the issue
Review Process – Our team will investigate your complaint and may request additional information.
Resolution – If eligible, DealBuddy will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
Product replacement (if applicable and available).
Other compensatory solutions based on issue severity.
No monetary refunds will be processed.
6. User Tax Responsibilities
Any earnings from Golden Deal Trading or Yard Sale are considered taxable income under applicable laws.
Users are solely responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes on these earnings.
DealBuddy does not deduct TDS or file taxes on behalf of users.
7. Policy Updates
DealBuddy reserves the right to update this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
